I just came across a photo I snapped about 3 years back while doing a Fashion Freakers photoshoot. Long story short, I was shooting Mandy Marie at the Scarb Bluffs when I noticed a blue bag over the cliff. I zoomed in with my camera for a closer look and noticed it was the shape of a body, so I called the police. Sure enough they came and it was. To my knowledge they have yet to identify the body.It's Chris!
